Train With Champions

As a contact sport, Trein Jiu-Jitsu offers a challenging yet safe and supportive environment where children can grow, thrive, and build the mindset of a real-life champion.

The benefits of consistent Jiu-Jitsu practice at Trein Club go far beyond the mats. The discipline, focus, and high standards upheld by our instructors often reflect in a child’s behavior at home, in the classroom, and in everyday life.

At Trein, we’re not just building athletes—we’re helping shape confident, respectful, and resilient individuals for life.

Small Steps, Big Changes
Prepare your kid to the world

Sense of discipline, hierarchy, and respect: Like most martial arts, jiu-jitsu prizes respect. Following their coaches’ instructions and learning about hierarchy changes children’s view of the world.

Self Confident kids

Dealing with victories and losses promotes self-confidence: Learning new techniques, upgrading belt colors, and winning competitions provide kids with a sense of accomplishment. Thriving in life or at jiu-jitsu is not to say stepping over others: we don’t always win, and there is a lot to learn from our losses.

Friendship

Jiu-jitsu is about integration and interaction, and there’s room for everyone: It is impossible to practice jiu-jitsu and not to socialize: friendships naturally develop on the mat during the sport’s practice. Qualities such as cooperation, partnership, and friendship are formed by learning jiu-jitsu.

Quality of Life

Physical well-being: Jiu-jitsu is a physical activity,  it is not just about the body, but also the mind. We all know it: healthy mind, healthy body!

Self Defense

Jiu-jitsu is a great martial art whose benefits include building self-defense skills.

My daughter started coming here in September of last year. She had been struggling with her self confidence among other things. Since starting my husband and I have noticed such a significant difference. She is motivated to do better and be better for herself and that is thanks heavily in part to the Professors here at Fort Bend. Jessica and Pedro really put their time and effort in the kids. It’s really inspiring to see the change and effect they have. Isabella is getting ready for her first tournament in April and we could not be more excited for her. Her professors are making sure she is putting in the work to be prepared, they really invest, motivate and lift you up. I highly recommend to anyone looking for something fun and new for their kids or even themselves. I’m considering joining as well.

I brought my son in for a trial class and he instantly fell in love. I have never seen him so excited to attend class everyday. He has played other sports and I noticed it was a struggle to keep him motivated. Jiujitsu is the only sport I have seen that keeps him wanting more. It has been 9 months since he joined and I can tell a difference. My son's confidence, motivation, endurance, and coordination are at an all time high. The professors are patient and encouraging towards the students. I highly recommend Fort Bend.

My wife and I thought it would be a good idea to expose our boys to martial arts in order to help them with discipline and sportsmanship, so we tried out Fort Bend. We're so happy we did! Not only do the boys enjoy interacting with the other students, they really love learning from Professors; both of them have great rapport with the kids and make their workouts fun. We're very fortunate to have found such a great gym; the facilities are very nice, the students are all great and the instructors are world class! Being around the gym and instructors really motivated me to get back into shape, so I also joined up and started my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey as well -- and I'm having a lot of fun. I highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the benefits of BJJ!
